Property hunting, as I call it, has almost become a hobby, and I’ve found myself checking each and every building to see what’s out there. Today I selected these five units in the same manner I’ve traditionally done so in the past. Prior to adding them, I made sure to check the comparables first, check if there’s any hidden surprises, and also make sure that they’re still available.

This unit is among the most popular floor plans in 50 Biscayne and in the area as a whole. In addition to its unobstructed views, the apartment features a spacious den that can easily be converted into an office/room. The building features tons of amenities and the walk-ability is incredible. Dozens of restaurants, parks and nightlife are just moments away from your front door. Definitely not a bad listing to start with.  I recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a typical 2 bedroom. This is an EWM Listing.

#2 – 900 Biscayne Bay #3609

The 09 line at 900 Biscayne is a personal favorite of mine thanks to its big floor plan and the two spectacular views you can get from it. In addition to its over-sized terrace facing east towards Museum Park, it also comes with a second terrace facing west, providing amazing views of the sunset and the skyline. It also comes with its own private lobby, top of the line finishes, and a spacious extra den that can be converted into an extra room/office. To top it all off, it comes fully furnished, a great incentive for those looking for something turnkey.

I selected this unit also because of its current price. Based on the most recent sales, the last unit that sold in the 09 line was #3509, which sold for $835,000. Even at its current asking price of $785,000, which might be negotiable, you’d be getting the unit that’s right above the last sale in the building for $50,000 less and with the furniture included. #3 – Epic Condo #3703

If someone were to come into my office today and ask for information about The Epic, this would be the first unit I would present. Are there more “epic” units at the Epic besides this one? Yes, there’s plenty of more I could also talk about. This one, however, is every dollar worth its price and happens to be in one of the building’s best lines. #4 – Marquis Residences #4202

There’s only a handful of pictures online for this listing but they’re enough to show a glimpse as to the unit itself. This 1500+ sqft apartment has been extensively upgraded throughout. In addition to the Marquis finishes such as Viking appliances, Quartz counters, and Ebano finishes, there’s 24 x 24 porcelain floors and several custom additions. The views facing east are magnificent as in other Park West developments. In addition to the amazing views, One Miami also happens to be one of the best managed buildings in Downtown and one with one of the lowest maintenance fees around.
