One of the great benefits of the Miami’s urban core is the multiple price ranges available to buyers, especially for those looking to buy their first condo. Today’s post is the first of a series of stories I’m doing on some of the more affordable options available in Downtown Miami. For starters, I’m beginning this thread with unit 4607, a condo for sale in 50 Biscayne.
Unit 4607 features 800 sqft of living space on a versatile floor plan that includes an extra den. It was originally listed back in June for $295,000 but was reduced shortly after. As of the time writing this, this condo is arguably the best priced 1 bedroom available in the complex. Since it was bought, the unit has also undergone several renovations. The standard carpets found in most units have been replaced by new wood floors and new crown molding was installed. I personally enjoy this floor plan above others primarily because of the extra space. The additional space can be easily configures into an office area or for any other function one can think of.
50 Biscayne is an amenity-rich building designed to provide entertainment and relaxation. Some of the amenities are:

The location of this well known development is among my favorite of all. 50 Biscayne’s lot is situated in the corner where Biscayne Blvd and Flagler St meet, two of the most important roads in Miami. Due to this, it is just moments away from dozens of restaurants, businesses and entertainment center.
