For anyone looking for a one bedroom, it is the complete package at its price point. Overall, it features a great location, size, and spectacular views at a much more affordable price than its competitors.

Other features include floor to ceiling windows, one assigned parking space, and other custom features such as granite counters, s/s appliances, shades, and built in closet. As nice as the interior is, this article wouldn’t do this listing justice if I didn’t mention the views. Thanks to the building’s impeccable design, you can have incredible, unobstructed waterfront views from every room. On a sunny day like today, where the sky is clear and there’s miles of clear visibility, enjoying the view from the balcony is a must. I’ve shown units at The Blue countless times and I’m still amazed.
When I mentioned that the location is extremely convenient, I meant it. Since The Blue is right at NE 36th st and Biscayne, you’re only moments away from The Design District, right across the street from Midtown, and only a few minutes away from Downtown and Wynwood. If close proximity to the beach is a must, then you’re in luck, as the Julia Tuttle Causeway is right by the building and provides easy access towards Miami Beach. In summary, everything is pretty much just within a short distance from here.
The Blue also offers a serious dose of amenities as an extra icing on the cake. There’s a sunset pool, a general pool, a hot tub, a 24 hr lobby, fitness facilities, and valet and that’s just to name a few. I could write a whole post on the amenities, but it’s honestly better just to visit the building and get the full experience.
