Revisiting Aston Martin Residences Miami

Aston Martin Residences Miami

Since its inception in 1914 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford in a small workshop in West London, Aston Martin has become an undisputed icon of prestige, design, and unrivaled craftsmanship as a luxury car manufacturer. Fast forward 100 years later, we now move from the Thames River to the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, as the site of Aston Martin’s newest quest to develop its first residential building in the world: Aston Martin Residences.

With over 391 world class residences, including 7 astounding penthouses, the 66 story high-rise, which broke ground in October 2017, aims to combine South Florida’s tropical glamour with Aston Martin’s timeless sophistication. One of the most astounding facts of all, however, is the fact that half of the units will have completely unique floor plans for additional customization given towards the Buyers.

Some of the announced amenities include:

  • Infinity pool on the 55th floor
  • Business Center
  • Spa with treatment rooms
  • Movie theater rooms
  • Curated art gallery
  • Teen Center

According to the sales center, there’s additional plans for a beach club on a location that’s yet to be determined. I will make sure to update this post once I find out.
