As Brickell’s luxury sector of the market continues to scrabble around for buyers, Bristol Tower continues to thrive over its neighboring competitors. Since its inception in 1993 and its recent renovation just a few years back, the development’s premise of stylish life on the water has struck a chord among buyers looking to live in this part of Downtown Miami. The prolific success doesn’t surprise me after years of working in the area. In other words, I humbly believe that this is a must see for anyone looking to buy a waterfront condo in Downtown Miami.
