Summer may be over but that doesn’t mean things will be slowing down for a select few. Winter is ideal for the sale of high end units such as the ones at The Epic and Icon, and both are great buildings with its own style. But with that said, with Icon’s swimming pool rumored to be out of commission very soon, units at the Epic condo may start attracting a new set of buyers.
Like its iconic neighbor across the river, the complex also hrows its own pool parties and events, often complete with renowned guests. It houses its own renowned restaurants, one of which happens to be my personal favorite. And lastly, it offers high end quality finishes and world class amenities for its residents. The pool deck, fitness facilities, and common areas are unbelievable and reflect a very high attention to detail.
I wanted to write this post not only to show some of the units for sale at Epic, but to explain how great of an alternative it is. Anyone that isn’t familiar with it and happens to be looking for a condo should take a look at the building. I will start with the lower priced units and work my way up.
Epic Condo: Unit #3214
$399,000 | 1/1.5 | 864 sqft
The first unit, priced at approximately $460 sqft, is a 1 bedroom unit considered to be the starter option for the Epic. It still features the same top quality finishes throughout such as the imported Italian tile flooring that resembles wood, top of the line appliances, and other custom finishes. It also makes a formal introduction to the complex’s renowned balconies, known for their abundance of space.
There’s also another unit on the 14th line, located on the 37th floor that’s currently on the market for $380,000. The pictures, however, were not as good but please let us know if either unit would be of interest to you.

Epic Condo: Unit #3703
$910,000 | 2/2.5 | 1,255 sqft
One of the most desirable lines in the whole building as well as in the area is line 03 at the Epic. It features a perfect mix of both city and water view, facing east towards Brickell Key and Biscayne Bay. This incredible combination makes the view a sight to behold at any moment of the day. As per the listing, this particular unit includes white glass porcelain floors on top of the typical finishes of any unit in the development.

Epic Condo: Unit #4201
$1,050,000 | 2/2.5 | 1,539 sqft
Looking for a killer view like the one in the 03 line but need more than 1,250 sqft? Then line 01 is the option for you. In addition to being situated right next to line 03, units at line 01 also feature 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths plus an additional 300 or so sqft of space. If you need the extra space, it’s worth the extra price. Out of the units in this plan that were available, I picked #4201 because it was priced well.

Epic Condo: Unit #309
$1,180,000 | 2/3 + den | 1,635 sqft
Floor plans located at 3rd and 14th floors of the Epic are known as the complex’s town homes. As units, most of them come with stunning 20ft ceilings, floor to ceiling glass windows and open floor plans overlooking the water. This particular unit, a two level 2 bedroom, also comes with a den that can be easily converted. With 1,635 sqft, it is the largest floor plan available among the town home units for sale.

Epic Condo: Penthouse #5303
$3,000,000 | 4/4.5 | 3,233 sqft
Penthouses at the Epic are truly epic, pun intended. They also happen to come in a variety of forms. Over 7 different penthouse floor plans were built in total. The first 4 are located between floors 45-52. The last 3, the upper penthouses, are located only on the 53rd and 54th floor. Price points vary by unit but based on today’s market, they usually start at around $1.2 M or so. Let me know and i’ll be happy to send you a list.
Unit 5303 is currently the sole upper penthouse available as of the time i’m writing this. It features over 3,000 sqft of finished interior space. The biggest spectacle, however, is on its over sized balcony and its panoramic views of the whole city.
