February was very fortunate month for me and for The Miami Observer.

With the use of our personalized tools which allows us to match listings and buyers together, we were able to assist several of our clients without the hassle of taking too much of their time or showing them listings that wouldn’t match their needs. This philosophy, as per our opinion, carries over in Downtown Miami’s current condos for sale in the 33132 zip code, which showed 19 properties sold in February and continues the pattern that has stayed constant in the last 3 months. With over 700+ properties still available in this area of Downtown Miami, I’ve publicly acknowledged that on a buyer’s market it is essential to follow very strategic fundamentals in order to avoid potential shortcomings and guarantee a successful sale.
