1800 Club is one of the most sought after developments in Downtown Miami. Thanks to its desirable location and its amenities, it has gained a dedicated following among its residents and others. Just a few days ago, I had the chance to preview unit 3207 for new clients looking for a 2 bedroom condo with water views. One of their biggest requirements was to live in a building situated in a quieter section of the city as well as no obstructions in the view.
My first suggestion was instantly to show them this unit, which was listed just a few weeks ago at a really good price.

I often like doing the research prior to posting these stories. Are there other 2 bedrooms for sale in the building? Yes, there’s actually quite a few. Are they priced as well as this one? Not quite. The last comparable sale from the 07 line, a condo on the 17th floor, sold for $578,000 in May. Therefore, unit 3207 is clearly the best option for the money because it’s priced where it should be.
