Our Latest Report Shows All Units Sold So Far In 2017

Park West Downtown Miami condos for sale

Park West continues to be an outstanding location to purchase in Miami, especially for those that see themselves being a part of our city in the long run. In addition to being the site of the new Frost Science Museum set to open in May, it is also the neighborhood that will be part of Miami World Center, which is set to redefine Miami’s urban core. It also already features one of the world’s most renowned 24 hour nightlife districts alongside 11th St and last but not least, it’s also within the already open Perez Art Museum and the American Airlines Arena.

Not bad for a neighborhood that had none of the structures mentioned above less than 20 years ago.

Today’s activity report on Park West will break down each residential building. I will mention how many properties are active on the market, what has sold so far this year, and some of the current stats on each. In addition, I’ll make sure to add changes if any new sales take place during this month on any of the buildings.
