Downtown Miami – Last week, I had the chance to post my personal picks of deals available in Downtown Miami for less than $500,000. Since that day, one listing seemed to get the most attention. I don’t blame my readers since it is, after all, a pretty “Epic” unit 🙂
Yes, of all the units, #4412 of Epic Residences was the clear favorite among them. I will go over the details on the unit and how it’s also part of the development encompassing private homes as well as the EPIC Hotel. Nevertheless, I think the pictures and the price will tell a much more concise story.

Currently priced at $419,000, it sits just a bit above $500/sqft which is not bad considering the vast amount of amenities and the quality of the building. In other words, it is priced intelligently.
#2-It’s the highest floor unit available for the price
The fact that it’s one of the more reasonably priced units and also happens to be on the highest floor available is what makes this quite a bargain. Being on the 44th floor grants a view that is quite simply “epic”, with panoramic views of Miami Tower, The River, and much more. This is literally a better floor for a much better price so why pay more for a lower floor unit? Unless vertigo comes into play, which it does with some of my clients, this unit makes much more sense as a buy than its competitors.
