As we begin another real estate year and Downtown continues to pace as a Buyer’s Market, this report will further show yet again how the abundant supply of available inventory continues to loom over current demands. With only 18 properties sold between January 1st and February 1st, we see a steady trend that continues the narrative that was seen in December 2015.
