Posting a story about The Blue is always fun because it continues to be one of my favorite buildings. When it comes to its balcony views, it’s hard to get something better for the same amount of money. In the case of unit 1208, which hit the market today for $320,000, it is a perfect example of what is to be expected from a unit in this complex: Great water views, amazing amenities, and a convenient location.
First and foremost, let’s talk about the unit itself.

If the place looks as good as the pictures below, The condo is most likely an easy pick with little needed to be done prior to moving in.
