Good evening everyone and happy 4th of July! Today’s brief post is a follow up to my original blog that I wrote for one my listings for sale in Quantum On The Bay, located in Downtown Miami, Florida.
In addition to celebrating the birthday of our wonderful nation, tonight calls for some extra fireworks! After being on the market for less than two weeks, and receiving multiple offers, I’m happy to announce that #2818 in Quantum On The Bay sold. This was one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever been a part of.
The final sale price for #2818 at Quantum On The Bay in Miami was $372,500, just slightly under the asking price.
Overall, I’m very proud of this sale for a few reasons. From the moment we put the condo unit on the market, I initially felt that selling the Quantum On The Bay listing would be an uphill battle because it was previously held by another agency that was unable to sell it for over six months.
Nevertheless, the sale turned out to be the opposite 🙂
With the careful provisions that we made prior to listing this condo for sale in Downtown Miami, the transaction was easier to handle. Some of these provisions included:
- Preparing a unique marketing program for the unit that included high resolution views of the skyline at night as well as video marketing.
- Taking the extra time to go over the market with the Sellers. I did this to make sure that the pricing was accurate and also educate my customers on today’s supply and demand compared to when they originally bought.
- Making sure that I was present on every single showing in order to make sure that I could answer any questions about the property.
- Working with, not against, the other professionals that were helping my customers throughout the transaction. This step included a very thorough collaboration process with the Sellers’ attorneys and accountants.
In conclusion, the sale of #2818 in Quantum On The Bay was a phenomenal transaction to be a part of. With that said, with other deals coming soon, something tells me I will be speaking about this complex again in the near future.

The skies and waters of South Florida featured a nice, distinct blend of the same amazing weather we’ve had lately. At one point, I went out for a walk and was pleased when I saw nothing but blue water and skies without a single cloud out to spoil the view. With a day as beautiful as the one bestowed upon us about to pass, what better way to end it than with word on our new listing hitting the market?
