Latest Sales And Activity In Park West

Park West

It’s hard to believe that Park West as a whole was barely there less than a decade ago. The neighborhood, mostly known back then as the home of the AAA and nightlife staples such as Club Space is now the spot of some of the most sought after high rise developments in all of Downtown Miami. A lot can happen within a city in just a few years.

Each building has its own character and style. Some rise over 600 ft and are among the tallest towers in all of Florida. While others, such as Ten Museum Park, take pride in providing a much more private, boutique lifestyle. Regardless of which one you may prefer, they all share the good fortune of standing in one of the most enviable locations in the city, just steps away from museums, parks, transportation, and other world class locations.

Our market so far has been quite interesting to say the least over the course of 2016. Since the end of summer, I began to notice how the prices began to shift among the existing inventory in what I now consider to be the current market standard. But that’s now in the past. With winter approaching soon and the third quarter nearing its end, I prepared this market report for anyone interested in buying or selling in the four towers of Park West.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me for any further details on the report as a whole or on a particular building.

The data so far continues to be part of the overall narrative I’ve given on Downtown Miami. There has been a slowdown in sales as the market continue to adjust to current expectations. Nevertheless, there’s still a sizable demand of buyers purchasing condos in Park West if priced correctly. It all comes down to numbers at the end of the day. Nothing more, nothing less.

For any questions or additional information about any of the transactions in the area, please contact us today. In addition, please feel free to call us at 305-305-3885 or send us a message here if you’re interested in buying or selling in Downtown Miami.
