One of the main reasons I love showing units in South Beach is how unique the properties are. Each street, building and city block has its own distinctive story that dates back to decades ago. Last weekend, I had the privilege of showing some amazing properties to one of my newest clients, someone who’s not too familiar with Miami Beach.
Out of all the units I showed (which were a quite a few), this incredible Art Deco property located in 645 Michigan Ave is among the ones that made a great first impression.
The original 1942 building has been restored with extreme attention to detail. In addition to the fact that the original architecture was kept, the owner/developer revamped the original Dade county wood floors while also giving the unit the latest modern finishes. The end result is a modern building that retains its Art Deco charm and marries it with modern SOBE living.
