It’s Friday morning. The sun already shines outside my window and as I turn my computer on, I hear the gentle breeze blowing through the trees. Will it be a good weekend? I’m not really sure yet, but for now I know that it’s time to show you all the best Brickell Selections I found on the market this week.
Unlike the lists we’ve done for Downtown’s section north of the Miami River, where most of the buildings are newer, selecting the best apartments in Brickell are always a bit more difficult. The tricky part of the process is due to the fact that I have to consider the newer buildings along with some of the older buildings in the southern section of Brickell Avenue. These developments, although older, feature some of the best unobstructed water views out there in the area. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a 1500 sqft floor plan and waterfront views, this 01 line unit at 500 Brickell East is an amazing apartment for anyone in need of 3 bedrooms or just wants more space. I know the picture is awful but the price most definitely isn’t. At $480/sqft, the eyesore of some grainy photographs is worth getting a bargain on what I believe to be the best line in this building.
The location is extremely convenient, just a few blocks away from Mary Brickell Village, the Metromover Station at 5th Street, and pretty much every bank, bar and restaurant in the area. If you happen to also work in Brickell, chances are you may never have to drive to work ever again 🙂
The amenities that are part of this Related Group development are also incredible.
