recall, I recently wrote about this Miami listing available for sale on June 8th. However, I am happy to announce that after multiple offers and dozens of showings, the condo is finally under contract 🙂

The apartment itself features 1,100 SF living area. It has a split floor plan, and a balcony facing south with partial views of the bay. Another added bonus? It has a remodeled kitchen with new appliances.
Just like in many of Brickell’s older developments, the property’s layout is very ample and spacious.
Other than the kitchen, the unit does need updating, which is why I priced it so low. The updates I’d suggest include new baths, new flooring, and some other cosmetic changes. Nevertheless, at this new price, I humbly believe this to be the best available condo deal in Brickell despite the need for updating.

In my opinion, it provides a well balanced blend of fun and serenity because it’s very close to the action but not right on top of it. Close, but not too close.
